Sweet & Salty Grilled Salmon
- 1 tbsp roasted fennel seeds, ground
- 2 tbsp Stockbridge blend
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- Canola oil
- Place fish in a large bowl, rub Stockbridge blend, fennel, and sugar evenly over the surface of salmon. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Lightly grease the grill. Grill the marinated fish for 3 minutes on each side.
