Steak with Burrata & Grilled Veggies
- 1lb Filet Mignon
- 1 tbsp Bourbon county blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ zucchini, sliced
- 4 grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 oz ball of burrata
- Preheat your cast iron skillet over medium high heat. In a mixing bowl, rub steak with Bourbon County blend and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook your steak for 3 minutes per side in olive oil. Then add tomatoes and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the steak and vegetables on a serving platter, tear the ball of burrata over the steak and serve.
