Steak with Burrata & Grilled Veggies

  • 1lb Filet Mignon
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon county blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ zucchini, sliced
  • 4 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 oz ball of burrata


  1. Preheat your cast iron skillet over medium high heat. In a mixing bowl, rub steak with Bourbon County blend and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook your steak for 3 minutes per side in olive oil. Then add tomatoes and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the steak and vegetables on a serving platter, tear the ball of burrata over the steak and serve.
