Smoked Chuck Roast

  • 5 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 3 tbsp Stockbridge blend

Instructions

  1. First, rub the Stockbridge blend over the chuck roast and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare and preheat the smoker for 250 degrees F. Place the roast on the baking sheet and smoke for 5 hours.
