Air-fryer Curry Chicken

  • 1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp Kingston blend
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Place the chicken thighs and Kingston blend in a bowl. Now add olive oil and diced yellow onion. Toss together until chicken and veggies coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the basket of air fryer and cook for 25 minutes (flip frequently) serve and enjoy!
