
Tocino (Citrus Pork)
- 2 lb. pork, sliced into chunks
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp San Juan blend
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions
- Grab a bowl, place pork, and all other ingredients. Mix and coat well all over the pork. Allow marinating for an hour.
- In a large pan over medium heat, place your pork. Pour in 2 cups of water. Bring the mixture to boil and cook until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
