
Roasted Broccoli
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp Bourbon County blend
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp EVOO

Instructions
- Grab a bowl, mix broccoli, bell pepper, and vinegar. Stir in Bourbon county blend, & olive oil. Toss well.
- Spread the vegetables over the baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
