Roasted Broccoli

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon County blend
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp EVOO

Instructions

  1. Grab a bowl, mix broccoli, bell pepper, and vinegar. Stir in Bourbon county blend, & olive oil. Toss well.
  2. Spread the vegetables over the baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
