Peruvian Whole Roasted Chicken

  • 1 whole (3 lb.) chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup dark beer
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Lima Blend

Instructions

  1. Rub all the marinade ingredients over the chicken and coat well. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 420 degrees F. Roast the chicken for 40 minutes or more.
  3. Now, slice the chicken into serving pieces.
