
Peruvian Whole Roasted Chicken
- 1 whole (3 lb.) chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup dark beer
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lima Blend

Instructions
- Rub all the marinade ingredients over the chicken and coat well. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees F. Roast the chicken for 40 minutes or more.
- Now, slice the chicken into serving pieces.
