
Grilled Turkey Thighs
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 5 tbsp Stockbridge blend
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 5 garlic cloves

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
- Place chicken breast on large bowl, add Stockbridge blend and rub to coat evenly. Set aside and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Coat all the veggies with olive oil. Place chicken breast on baking sheet, top with veggies and bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
