Jamaican Callaloo

Jamaican Callaloo (or Spinach)

  • 4 cups peeled callaloo, chopped and tightly packed (Spinach can be substituted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp Ochi blend
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, place onion, spring onion, garlic and Ochi blend. Saute on medium heat.
  2. Add chopped callaloo and water and then allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
