
Jamaican Callaloo (or Spinach)
- 4 cups peeled callaloo, chopped and tightly packed (Spinach can be substituted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1tbsp Ochi blend
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp water

Instructions
- In a medium pot, place onion, spring onion, garlic and Ochi blend. Saute on medium heat.
- Add chopped callaloo and water and then allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
