Grilled Turkey Thighs

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. turkey thighs with skin and bones
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Stockbridge blend

Instructions

  1. First, prepare the turkey meat by marinating it with Stockbridge, oil, and chili powder for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill at 370 degrees F and oil the grill rack. Grill the meat until turns golden brown and is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes per side (until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees).
