Compound Curry Butter

Compound Curry Butter (for Grilled Veggies)

  • 1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, soften to room temp
  • 3 tbsp Kingston


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened butter and Kingston with a fork or whisk. This step can also be done in a food processor.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container, refrigerate overnight and use to baste grilled vegetables (especially corn!).
