Baked Jerk Chicken

  • 10 chicken legs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Ochi blend


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line foil over the baking sheet.
  2. Pat dry and poke holes in chicken and set aside.
  3. Grab a bowl, combine all ingredients and rub it evenly over chicken pieces. Place chicken on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes and serve right away.
